Hi Friends,
Per the list of documents required for H4, a letter from employer (of H1B) is to be provided as below.
Exact requirement for H4 (https://www.vfs-usa.co.in/ApplnForms...cuments.aspx):
- Form I-129 (if Form I-797 is a blanket permit, copy of Form I-797 and I-129) of the Principal Applicant, and letter from employer that describes the relationship with the Principal Applicant and the purpose of travel.
I was given to understand that the above requirement does not apply to fresh H1B applicants. I want to confirm the same.
