H1B expiring on April'08
Hi Friends,
First of all Happy New Year to all forums reader's.
My labor is approved and company has filed for I-140 around 7 month's,I applied on July'07 and my H1B is expiring on 6th April 2008.
Where do I stand I am very confused.Do I have to leave the country or I can stay if my company file for extension.When my company can file my extension.
Please advice me what should I do?
