Dear All,

I have a query,my brother is having 3 different offers right now and they are ready to apply h1b visa.now my question is :
1.is it okay legally to file h1b from three different companies..?

2.is there any lagal issue from uscis...?

3.will it cause any legal issue to the candidate application from INS...?

please advise.

---- Yes, you can. All that would happen is a waste of money from the second application onwards, since you will choose only one employer and dump all others
