  • H1B transfer

    Hi all,

I have H1B stamped upto Oct 2008 with employer A and now I am in USA and I transfer H1 to employer B also I am visiting India this month and will be back in Feb.

Do I need to go to consulate to get stamping with new employer B or shall I come back with old employer i.e employer A H1 visa stamp.

    Thanks,
    Jitendra

You can return with old visa stamp plus having new approved H1b papers originals. You need to surrender I 94 white card alongwith bottom portion of I 94 of H1 approval notice.
