Some queries about H1-B
There are some issues. Please see below:-
1. Previosly I was holding H1-B with YYYY company and I have left the company and came back to my own country. CURRENLTLY, there is a sponsorship for H1-B, will I able to use the old H1 if I have out of the State for almost 2 years, instead of getting a new H1 quota cap?
2. If I have a B2 visa to the state soon, can I apply for the H1-B with the company by April 08, simply means transfering the B2 to H1-B?? Will it be any issue??
3. If is still qualified for the old H1, the application can be submitted in anytime for the year or still restrict to April 08?
