H4 visa query.

Hi,

I am on H1 and my visa is valid till Oct'08. My wife is here on H4 and her visa expires by May'08(I-94 says 10-May-08).

I would like to know what needs to be done if she has to stay with me till my H1 expiry date.

Do i have to get an H4 Extention?

Please help.

Ask your employer to file a H4 extension for your wife
