Help Reqired Urgently please

hi,
I went to mumbai consulate in the month of august and got 221(g)
{Regd: Client project}, After 15 days i got the document from my employer.When i go to consulate, The consulate officer took interview and told we are issuing ur visa,But i didn't get from vfs on the same day, Again after 3 days i got the call from consulate to come back.There indian consulate took interview and he told sorry sir we are not issuing ur visa for this time and gave passport back to me, After coming out i saw the visa stamped in my passport.
Now my question is next week i want to go USA, If i go there do they send me back to india, Now i hold all documents with me.(I797,I194...)...

Can i check my status online in any website.
Please give suggestions what I have to do now.

It is better to get yourself cleared on this from VFS and then proceed.If visa is not issued then that means "it is not issued".Wierd that they had it stamped.How can they do that and say that they are not issuing the visa.You need to get this cleared with VFS.

Can i check my status that i get visa or not in net. Now i hold I-129 form with me, If they reject my visa they will take my I-129 form, but they didn't took my I-129. Please without calling to VFS or consulate officer, how can i check my status online in net.
Please give good idea how to resolve this problem.

Hi friend,

It is rather puzzling and pathetic to know of your case.
My suggestion would be to clarify with the visa issuance consulate in India or the VFS. The visa number and all the details about you goes into the database.

What if you land into the US and the database shows the contrarary? Unless you have time and money to enjoy a return trip!

And just wondering why you are looking for a website to know whether you got your visa or not?

Best is to go to the devil directly rather than being caught by another devil at the port of entry.

I agree with novice.The best is to get the truth from the horse's mouth.Contact VFS or the consulate from where-ever you did your visa.
