I was working in USA for company A in L1 and came back recently which is expired currently. When i was in US i applied for H1 petiton(year 2006) through company B and got it approved.
I havent got my H1 stamped yet. But i was asked to goto L1 interview from company A again.
Question:
- Am i eligible to goto L1 even thought i have valid H1 petition?.
- If Yes will my H1 petition will be vaild still?
- Can i atttend H1 interview in later stage after my L1 interview?.
