H4 related questions???

Hi, Can anyone tell me what all questions are asked while taking H4 visa in the embassy?

Also, what all documents are required for filing H4 visa....

I too have a similar query regarding the documents needed and the questions that will be asked during the H4 interview..
Can anyone help pls..

H4 visa documents..Any changes recently ??????????

Note sure if this is complete list.I myself would like to know more..

1) Copy of I-797, I-94, I-129, LCA (you can get it from your employer)
2) Letter from current employer requesting consulate for H4 visa. Make sure that this letter includes your duties, period of work with them and current salary.
3) Work Place Photographs (at least 15 of 5X7 size). Make sure that your photographs have some with local Americans.
4) If possible get letter from clients Manager, stating your conduct you are currently working for them as contractor. (This is not possible in all cases, but give a try for this)
5) Photographs of the residence. (10 No’s of 5 X 7 size)
6) Photo copy of client place Identification card.
7) Bank statements (that shows your annual average, account details and etc.,) regular monthly bank statements.
8) Copies of all your educational credentials and experience letters.
9) Original Marriage certificate
10) Recent Job letter from the employer and also experience letter from the current employer.

H4 question

My wife is applying for H4 visa in mumbai consulate. we got married as Christian marriage act in India. so my church priest had marriage lic from govt, do I still need to get marriage lic from the court for my wife to get an H4 ?
