I am under H1 status and my visa expires in Dec 2008.If I change my employer how long it will take for my H1 renewal? Also please let me know how long it will take if I stick with the same employer? Thanks

---- If you want to change your employer you must apply for a H1 transfer The time period for the new H1 is based on you and the employer and the employment period
---- Renewal of H1 is anywhere between 3-4 months. For premium processing it may take 2-3 weeks
