URGENT! URGENT!...PLZ Help

I have an H1B query please help, I have a "Genuine Experience" in hyderabad, but i couldn't get the date in chennai in the month of october, so i went to mumbai with **** experience which my friends suggested to keep. so when i attended my interview i got 221(g){Regd: project details of US company}.when i got my papers after a month from USA, i went to mumbai. In between these days i got a call, that he came to check my existing company, But i am in hyderabad. So when i went after one month with my document to consulate, he took an interview for 5 minutes and told "Ok sir we are issuing ur visa" told by USA officer. After comming out i waited till evenning to take passport, But VFS officer told they didn't get my passport. After 2 days i got call again from Consulate. When i went an indian officer took interview and he took my signatures on 2 papers,{Regd: **** experience } and he told sorry sir we are not issuing ur visa and he gave my passport back. when i came out i saw visa stamped in my passport.
After 15 days i got a call from USA consulate to come back.
Now i have two problems.
1) Can i go with this visa to USA, If i go is there any chances to send back to India.
If they send can i apply again to USA on B1,L1, H1 or any other visas.
2) If i go to mumbai they will cancel my visa, After cancellation can i apply again for H1,or L1, B1 or other visas in the future.
Is there any chances to get this Visa, if i take my genuine expercience certificates to consulate and show to them.

Seniors please suggest how to proceed........

First, do what consulate asked you to do, visit them.

DONT use that visa to attempt to enter the US. Most probably you'll be sent back from PoE itself.

And lastly, but most importantly, you'll have to face the consequences of committing fraud by showing **** experience.

Is There any chance to get this visa if i show my genuine certificates or by giving any good reason.If they sent back from POE do they take any action in my passport or else any other(I mean do they reject H1, L1, B1 visas if i apply any other time).
Can i apply again for H1 visa if my visa gets rejected.
Can i renew my I-129 for this year.
