Urgent please help !..........

I have an H1B query please help, I have a "Genuine Experience" in hyderabad, but i couldn't get the date in chennai in the month of october, so i went to mumbai with **** experience which my friends suggested to keep. so when i attended my interview i got 221(g){Regd: project details of US company}.when i got my papers after a month from USA, i went to mumbai. In between these days i got a call, that he came to check my existing company, But i am in hyderabad. So when i went after one month with my document to consulate, he took an interview for 5 minutes and told "Ok sir we are issuing ur visa" told by USA officer. After comming out i waited till evenning to take passport, But VFS officer told they didn't get my passport. After 2 days i got call again from Consulate. When i went an indian officer took interview and he took my signatures on 2 papers,{Regd: **** experience } and he told sorry sir we are not issuing ur visa and he gave my passport back. when i came out i saw visa stamped in my passport.
After 15 days i got a call from USA consulate to come back.
Now i have two problems.
1) Can i go with this visa to USA, If i go is there any chances to send back to India.
If they send can i apply again to USA on B1,L1, H1 or any other visas.
2) If i go to mumbai they will cancel my visa, After cancellation can i apply again for H1,or L1, B1 or other visas in the future.
Is there any chances to get this Visa, if i take my genuine expercience certificates to consulate and show to them.

Seniors please suggest how to proceed........

I do appreciate your posting for one fact that you have accepted that you have '****d your experience certificates.'

I also sympathize with your case - but one can not cheat all the people all the time!

But wondering why you did that when you had genuine experience.

Well, you would be risking by travelling to the US, unless you like a round trip and travelling on a flight for long hours.

And if the Mumbai consulate cancels your visa, it is just the consequence for the action - karma!

And probably you have joepardized your future chances of getting visa, unless you manage to manipulate your documents once again.

I appreciate you, for owning up the faking up of the experience.

Sorry to be disappointing you but first of all what you have done is naive. There might have been instances with people getting away with **** certificates, but it is a risk too many. For the sake of getting an earlier date, you having ****d your experience is very naive and stupid indeed.

If they have mentioned to you that they have revoked your visa, then it would be entered into their system. So dont try your luck at the Port of Entry. You would be deported and you cannot come back for a long time.

yes. You are eligible to apply for other US visas in the future. But be prepared to give a justification about this incident. Best Of Luck with your future. I hope this example serves as an eye opener to all who think of faking certificates, documents etc..

If Mumbai Consulate will reject my visa...Can i Renewal my I-129 with USCIS for this year.......or else i have to try new H1-B for new quoto.....
