    H1B Filing proof

    Hi Experts

    I have a quick question this time.
    If someone is filing my H1B and I have submitted all documents and money, then what is the proof I can ask for?

    They are saying that they can not give any proof until case gets selected in April.

    they are correct that they cannot actually file prior to April 1, 2008
    even then if things go like last year it will be several weeks before they get any reply from USCIS.
