    Need to revalidate visa

    My earlier visa is expired in Jan 2003. I am having I797 of current employeer valid upto june 2005.

    Is my status valid ? Can i revalidate my visa?

      You can not revalidate the visa, Visa can be revalidated only within 12 months of expiry of the old visa, and visa catogory has to be the same one
