H4 Visa

Hi, I am planning to go to India for my marriage in April '04.

In my passport, I have my PREVIOUS COMPANY VISA STAMPED valid till 28 Oct 2004. I have my ORIGINAL I94 valid till Nov 7 2004.

But from my Current Company I have my new H1B visa approval notice and I94 document valid till Nov 19 2005, this is not yet stamped.

Do I need to get stamped my current Company H1B visa approval notice, before my wife gets H4 her visa stamped.

As AC21 portability, u dont have to get your visa stamped in india, but when u come back to USA, u have hand over the latest I 797 , for the company for which u r working
