H4 stamping

Hi

I have gone through your site and thought I may get some help from you guys. I am in a problem now i hope you'll help me out. i came to usa in sep 2006 on H4. My husband works for **** ** its been six years that he is here. Now the problem is.........our visa has been extended but his stamping is not yet done. I am all alone going to india in this May i even booked my ticket can i go n get my visa stamped with out stamping on my husband passport,i have my new I-94 n stuff, it would be great to see ur reply.

Yes, you can get H4 stamped without his H1 stamped.
