i have certain queries related to h1b visa

1. a consultant is applying for my h1b visa - wht are total fees ? can you help me with the break up?

2. suppose if they file then by when my interview get scheduled and by when can i go to US?

3. if my application gets rejected that wht portion of the application/total fees are refunded or given back to the consultant?

4. wht are the chances of visa approval and denial?
