Hi,
My H1 expired on Dec 1, 2003.
I did apply for extension for my H1.
On the form I received from INS(Notice of Action) says that 'Received date' as Dec 7,2003.
But I applied before the expire date Dec1, 2003.
When I searched USCIS website with my LIN number it is saying that my application was received on Dec 18,2003.
Is that I am in invalid ststus??
Can you please discuss about my case?
