There is one column in this form-
Item 36 - Has anyone ever filed an immigrant visa petition on your behalf?
Since my GC is in process, shall I write Yes, and write company name? or should I say no?

Please response asap. Thanks in advance.

I am just wondering why not a YES? since it is a fact.

I was just confused what answer should be. Some of my friends said that it's not for my GC process and something different. if you are 100% sure and used DS156 earlier, thanks for your advice.

Hello, one more question,
In case of someone get 221 (g)
if someone has travel document, can he travel back or he is stuck in the country until he get 221 (g) issue clear?
What are the significant effect in GC process in this case?
I am also planning to go to India to get my H1 stamp but worring if I also stuck like that, can I come back on AP?
