    H1b Transfer

    I have a hib visa from my current employer who has not sent me to the US;I have recieved a job offer from a new employer stating that he would be arranging for Hib transfer once i reach US and will take care of all the expenses for the visa transfer;Is that possible?

      ask him to apply for the H1 while you are in India and then go only after you get approval. You cannot legally travel on prev H1 if the H1 is no longer valid(which it is not as there is no job there).

          no,my present hib visa is valid upto 2010
