EAD to H1 Transfer question

Hi,

I am currently working using EAD thru my husband’s green card application. He is on H1. The EAD is a renewal which will also expire very soon. This another company wants to hire me. My question is that can I apply for and get H1B visa? Are there any implications? If yes, then what kind of implications?

You can apply for H1 visa. No problem.
