I have a question here. I am on H1B visa. I am bringing my wife who will be joining me on H4. My wife is a nurse by profession, who has passed the enclex and other exams as per US requirements.
Now my questions are
1. Can i apply for a workpermit at any point in the year?
2. Who should apply for the workpermit, should it be an agency or hospital, or can I do it?
3. How should i be applying for a workpermit?
It will be very helpful if you could put some light on this matter.
