Hello Seniors

My employer is a small company but works with department of justice and FBI

1. Is this company eligible to file/sponsor my GC or H1B?
2. How can I find lawyers as company doesnt have any immigration lawyers so they asked me to find a good lawyer.

---- Any company registered in the US as per its business dealing is eligible to sposnor for H1. They have to provide all the necessary documentation at the time of application

2. How can I find lawyers as company doesnt have any immigration lawyers so they asked me to find a good lawyer.

---- You have to Google search them and speak to them in person. Friends and acquaintances can be good sources, but the final ball is in your court and you have to judge and decide for yourself
