i was on L2..at present on H1..but from the begining am covered under my spouse's insurance package...even on H1, i didnt opt for my employers insurance coverage.

will there be any problem if am on H1 but covered under my spouse's(L1) insurance pack as his dependent?will i be still treated as dependent?

Any insurance through anybody

You can get any medical/health insurance coverage through anybody. As long as you have the insurance and the coverage, you're good.
