H1-B visa appointment at Mumbai Consulate

Hi,

I am currently on an OPT status and my H1-B visa has been approved. I
would like to go to Mumbai, India in August and get my H1-B visa
stamped. I have all the necessary documents with me. I have also paid
my HDFC bank fees.

When I tried to see the list of available appointments in the Mumbai
consulate, it does not show me any appointments. It does not even show
me the calendar. I get a message saying appointments not currentlly
available.

However, if I try to search for available appointments as a student, I
get to see the calendar and appointments. I thought I can apply for an
appointment as soon as my petition has been approved. Why am I not able to see any available dates?

Is there anything wrong in what I am doing or the options I am selecting?

Keep trying. You don't see appointments because there are no appointments
available.
