7th year extension..

My H1B visa expires in Oct 2004....

Do I stand any chance in getting a H1B extension if my company files for LC now..

FYI company is based in NY..

Any other option ????

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Join a firm that can file I-140 using an already aproved labor. U shld get temp EAD in 3 months which should get u going. Try the same within ur firm
