H1 Transfer within 1 month of arrival

Hi there,

I was informed that an H1-B transfer can be applied within one month of arrival, without requiring Pay Stubs. I wanted to inquire about this, as I am keen to get my employer changed, if required.

Also, is it possible for me to apply for multiple H1B transfers at a single time, with multiple employers, and then work with which ever employer i wish to work for?
