D156 changes required

Hi,

I applied for H4 and for some reasons I canceled my appointment and again blocked for 12 Feb. In DS 156 I filled as 'Irene' in the field of Nationality wrongly. Its not allowing me to change to Indian. If I cancel appointment this time I have to wait for 90 days. Is there any other way to change this filed.

Hi,

Step1:Select apply for non immigrant (https://www.vfs-usa.co.in/ApplnForms/FeeDetails.aspx) then continue
Step2:here you have to select you are a BEP user id(in my case No)select as per your case.
Step3:If No(BEP user id) automatically one more screen open.
Step4:here you have to select retrieve/modify a saved application.
Step4:next we have to give your login details(name,surname,passport number,hdfc banck recipt no,dob,mother name andenter code).then continue
Step5:here you can select DS156.
Step6:after modify you then continue..
Step7:save and download modified forms.
step8:you will get it updated application.

If you are still unable to make the correction, then please do not cancel the interview. At the time of interview, please inform the VFS or the VO about the mistake and they will correct manually.
