my appointment letter showing wrong State of Residence, how to change it?

My appointment letter showing that

State of Residence: Tamil Nadu

But I’m from “Andhra Pradesh”.

I also entered Andhra Pradesh while filling the forms. I don’t know how "Tamil Nadu" came.

How to change that Appointment letter?
