Hi All,
My H1 Visa is expired and I'm on I-94 extension. I have applied for h1 transfer in premium processing.Today on USCIS site they updated that they have approved my I129 and sent the notice. If new I-94 is not attached to my I797approval notice then what are my options? I'm little worried bcoz If in case I don't get the new I-94 then do I have to go to India immediately and get it stamped? or Can I join new company with the old valid I-94 ?
