    Am I cap exempted or not for APR 2008.

    I am at US on L1 Visa. I also have H1B approved petition (valid till Apr08). My passport also got stammped with H1B visa but it is cancelled (by prejudice) when My company want to sent me on L1 only. I have paystub / W2 using L1.

    Am I cap exempted or not for APR 2008.
