  • Travel to Canada

    Hi!
I am currently in the US working as a H1-B worker. Recently, I got my Canadian residency and planning to visit Canada for three to four days in order to report there. I have an expired US visa with a Valid I-94. Does any one knows, if I travel to Canada for four days and can re-enter to US (as an automatic re-validation) with my valid I-94 with expired US visa?
You reply will be greatly appreciated!

You can if you stay less than 30 days and you are not from one of the countries on the State Department's terrorism list.
    See travel.state.gov/exclusionvisa.html
"The revised regulation also prohibits aliens who are citizens of countries on the State Department's list of State Sponsors of Terrorism from re-entering the U.S. using solely an I-94 form if their visa has expired."
