I Wish I Had Found It Earlier. I Am A Us Citizen, I Got Married In Trinidad In Febuary 2007, I Tried To File My Papers At The Us Embassy But Was Told I Would Have To Do It In The States. I Filed A 1-30 In April Then Follwed By A I-129f (k-3).
My Problem Is That 1-30 Was Approve ( Not A Bad Problem To Have) I Am At Were I Have To Submit I -864support Form., Thats Ok I Am Working.but After Finding Your Web Site I Found That If The I-130 Is Approve The I-129 Is No Longer Efficent. I Just Recevied A Approval Of The I-129 (12-19-2007)
My Wife Just Had Our First Child In November In Trinidad, I Need To Have Them Here As Soon As I Possible Can. What Should I Do. Should I Cancel The I-130 Or Keep The 129 Wich The Nvc Say The Paper Work Will Be Forwarded To Trinidad Embassy In A Weeks Time.
