Some H1 Stamping Issues

Hi,

I came to the united states on H1 B visa in Jan'00 and then went back to india in Oct'00 and came back on F1 visa.
Recently I had a premium processing done and I am back on H1B visa and I want to get it stamped in canada. I am scared about a few things and it would be great if you would help me assessing whether my fears are legitimate:

1. When I was on H1 visa before my F1, I had a location change and lost that I-797. Do they ask for all past 797s?

2. When my H1 B petition was filed, Bachelors was listed as my highest level of education (I completed my masters one month after the approval and have the certificate now).

Besides, I have always been in status and my employer is reputed and will prepare a complete file for me.

2. I am not sure what is the question in this. Bachelors is fine too for H1.

- Could not having a past I-797 be a cause for denial?
- If so is there a way I can get a copy of past I-797?
