Visa processing

Hi,

I'm having a query regarding Visa processing. I have applied for H1 visa processing for this year and during my visa interview, it was told that the case requires further review and need to send back to USCIS for further review in this case. And also told that it may take couple of months.

Now my question is, having one case in hold, Can any other company process again for any of the visa's (H1 or L1 or B1) on my name?

Will it become any problem for my next visa interview for any of these visa's? Will I face any objection in my next visa interview?

Yes, you can apply for visa by other means.

Whether it would be a problem or not really depends upon the reasons why your case is under review currently.
