Hi,
My H1 Stamping is got expired 1 year back in my paassport.
but i have H1 -PETITION prior to that expirity.my question is
1)can i send it here to St Louis for revalidation
2)i came to know couple of my friends send and got stamped.
3)is there any law something that we should not send once it's
more then a year.
4)i visited lot of sites for the information.every where i see that we can't send once it's more then a year.but what i found is ,no one is saying it si must.
any one help me in this issue
