h4 Query

Hi,
I got my h1 stamped thru Company A on Jan 2008.I have resigned my Indian company B and will be joining A in USA on first week of March- Taking one month break.
Mistake I did was I didnt do my wife H4 with me.I want to know can she go for a h4 stamping now without my any payslip as I am at home now.I have all other docs with me.
Or she has to wait till I go, work for a month, n generate a payslip.

Please Suggest.

have you been to USa yet, No, so you cannot be expected to have payslips right.

let her go ahaed with her interview, give her docs of company A as well as B and other marriage related docs. she will get H4 and take her with you.
