I have got an offer from Top Source International (TSI - www.topsource.net) for processing my H1B. Please advise me how this company is and can I go ahead with the offer?

First you find out whether anyone has gone to US thru this company and also if this company is not asking for any security deposit or any bond, I think u can go ahead & file ur case.
