Hi Masters
I got H1 and my wife got H4. I am planning to file my wife's H1 in this year. If I file that and if its selected in draw .
1) Whith out entring into US(with H4) can she go for H1 satmping.
2) If suppose she entered to US(with H4) in some time of AUG 2007. In that case is she allowed to work in US with her H1(2008 Quota) from October 2007 with out comming back to india for H1 stamping. When ever she comes after 1 year or 2 year at that time can we go for stamping in India.
