Hi,
I fix the appointment for my h1 interview.
In Ds 156 there is a option
29.Have you ever been USA
for this option i selected yes check box.And gave information like
when? so and so date
How long? given months.
After receiving my ds156.pdf ,that marked Yes check box option is not displaying.
Only when? so and so date
How long? given months.
This information is displayed.Is any problem raise after going embassy.Can i modfy this form or no need.
After DS 156 2 of 2 .I recevied other page it says:
US depart.. nonimmig.. visa appl..
Pls submit this page with rest of your application
Do not mark or write in this page
29.Additional visits to the US: NA
30.Additional visa issurance: NA
31.Additional visa refusals:
Is this page give to everybody.Pls clarify my doubt.
Actually 30.quetion in ds 156,i marked checkbox yes and gave issurance of usa visa when? where,What type of visaso n so date,visa type.
For 31 option also i marked no checkbox.But these marked checkboxes are appearing in my ds156.pdf.
Only 29th quetion yes marked check box is not apperaring.
If i modify online this option by checking yes.
Is my appointment date will change Or i have to select appointment date again.
Can I chage phone numbers whatever i entered in ds156.
I have 2 more days left to modify this forms.Anybody Pls tell me before that.
