H1 re-stamping

Hi,

I got my H1 visa through company A, which is valid till Feb 2009. I got it transferred to my new company B and got a I797c, which is vaild till Aug 2010 and extended I94. Now my new company B wants me to travel to UK for a week. My question is

1. Do I have to get my visa restamped before re-entering US (during my UK trip-next month). (or) Can I re-enter US with out getting it restamped as my first H1 visa is vaid till Feb 2009.

I've H1B with company A which is valid till sept 2009, now I've changed company and got new I-797 and currenlty I am in india. Do I've to stamp the visa again to enter in USA ? or I can travel without re-stamping..
