please advise -> f-1 to h-1b transfer without completing

hi
am on a f-1 visa thru 2007 for a phd - after 2 semesters did an internship as CPT - curricular practical training. Company has offered to sponsor H-1 and GC.

could you please advise me on

1) f-1 to H-1 without completing degree.
2) impact of non-completion of degree on Gc
please note: i don't have a ms - came straight after btech for PhD

f1/h1b issue

I assume that you already have a degree so as to be able to get the H-1b-(if not the you wont be eligible for the H visa)if so then you can just hange status to Hi-b and then let the RIR process run its course to get a GC
