Regarding H4 visa status

Hi,

Can any one please help me on this. I am on H1B visa and my wife is on H4 visa. Currently she is in India and is planning to comeback in April. In the mean time I am planning to transfer my H1B to a different employer.
Queries:
1. If I transfer my H1B, will my wife's H4 also gets transfered automatically?

2. If no, then can she enter USA on her old H4 and then I can apply for her H-4 transfer?

So it means she can come back on her old H4 and once she is her, I can ask my new employer to transfer her H4 also.

Does this mean, even if my H1 transfer is under process she can join me back?
