Hi,
My name is Sridhar, I worked in a company 'A', my wife H4 stamping done while working with the company A, still she is in india. I got 2 offers at a same time companies 'B' & 'C' both are started H1 transfer, but I joined in a company 'C'. Now I'm planning to bring my wife to USA, so am I need both the H1 transfer receipts or only company 'C' receitpt is enough. Please clarify the same.
