H1 transfer without paystub. Pls help.

Hi seniors,

I have come US 15 days back through on consultancy A and applied for SSN 6 days back.

Now I got to know that A is not good consultant and better to leave. I got offer from on MNC B.

1. Can I transfer my H1B from A to B without paystub?
2. Will my company A know about transfer while my h1 transfer will be in process?
