Holding Valid B1/B2 & Expired H1B

Hi,

I would like to process H1B for this year Quota FY 2009.Please clarify me the followings:

1. I am holding B1/B2 valid upto next 8 years (In my current passport)

2. I am holding an Expired H1B in 2001 (in my old passport), which was 'Cancelled without prejudice" when I was apeared (in 2005) for the B1/B2 interview (after expiration of the Validity of the H1B)

3. I have never been to US either of my visa till date.


Please clarify me whether,

1.It will affect my current H1B petition process (if get thru the lotary system)

2.Whether I can sumit my earlier h1b papers to the current employer.

3. Whether this will have any impact in my interview for H1b with the consulate.
