Transfering B1 to H1

What problems will we get if we go to US on B1 after applying f1 and then transfer B1 visa to H1 in US.

I have earlier queried same one here, but seniors replied not to go with you.

But i have consultant who is ready to process my H1 with no cost if i agree to go on B1 and then convert it to H1?

Please suggest to go with this or not, and if i go for it, wht problems will i get in future?
