H1b Stamping after transfer

Hi..
Once my H1b transfer is done.. can i go for stamping immediately.
Please note that I will not be having paystubs from new employer but I will be having from old employer.

Is that Okay?

If I get my H1b new petition ( transfer ) papers while I was in india, can I go for stamping in india.

Evn in this case I wont be having paystubs from my new employer.

Yes ...

... you should be able to get the stamping done in India with the original approved petition and your employer's documentation including your offer letter, projetc details etc.
