Hi All,
(I am on H4 VISA)
My husband has transferred his H1 recently and now I am in India. In my passport I do have stamped with his old employer, which is still valid, now I wanted to go back to USA so can I go for a new stamping with his new vendor (H4) to the consulate along?
Can I do port of entry with my old Visa Stamping and Transferred H4 (with my new H1 copy)???
Pls advise.
