My 21+years old son is having H4 visa stamped till 2004. He already visited us in USA when he was below 21.
Now I wish to bring him for further education.
Can he come on H4 visa. I know that ealier law was not allowing such person to enter usa on H4. I am not sure about any of recent law changes.
Is there any change in non-immigrant law with changes in immigrant law for 21 + year old son/daughter?
